Warranty
Effective Date: Date shown on the invoice.
LinearLED (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this limited warranty for its custom LED lighting products. By purchasing our products, you agree to the terms of this warranty.
1. Warranty Coverage
LinearLED warrants its LED lighting products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following periods, starting from the date indicated on the invoice:
- Residential installations: 5 years
- Commercial installations: 3 years
If a product covered under this warranty malfunctions within the applicable period, it will be replaced. If LinearLED installed the original product, reinstallation will be included. Otherwise, only the replacement product will be provided as per the original purchase.
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions caused by:
- Third-party shipping companies
- Improper installation, including but not limited to:
- Overvoltages or electrical fluctuations
- Overheating or malfunctions of devices not supplied by LinearLED
- Usage outside working temperatures as indicated in specifications for each individual product
- Accidents, water damage, fire, vandalism, or natural disasters (including lightning)
- Any other circumstances beyond the control of LinearLED (e.g., loss of income, incidental damages)
This warranty does not cover:
- Any costs or expenses related to providing access to the product for repair or replacement. This includes but is not limited to the removal or reinstallation of building materials (such as stone, tile, drywall, or millwork), as well as the rental or provision of lifts, scaffolding, or other equipment required to access the installation site. The accessibility present at the time of the original installation is assumed to remain available for any future warranty service.
3. Replacement Policy
- If a product fails under warranty, LinearLED will replace it with the same or an equivalent model.
- If the original product has been discontinued, an equivalent product will be provided.
- If LinearLED installed the original product, reinstallation will be included at no additional charge.
- If the original installation was performed by a third party, only the replacement product will be supplied.

5. Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective products and does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. LinearLED is not responsible for labor costs, loss of income, or any other expenses related to the removal or reinstallation of the products unless expressly stated above.
