By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Products and Orders
2.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
2.2 Pricing: Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
2.3 Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2.4 Availability: Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly.
3. Payments
3.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, E-transfer, direct deposit and check. We reserve the right to request payment before any order is put into production.
3.2 Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.
3.3 Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Policy: While our shipping and delivery times are usually short (less than 7 business days), it may take longer to receive your order depending on size of order, shipping address and our current volume of orders.
4.2 Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.3 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy: We accept returns (of non-custom items) within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5.2 Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5.3 Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders and clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
6. Warranties and Liability
6.1 Product Warranty: Our LED products come with a 5 year limited warranty. Warranty details are available on our website.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
6.3 Installation Liability: If you choose to install our products yourself or use a third-party installer, we are not responsible for any damages or injuries.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of LinearLED and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Québec, Canada.
